I hope that the Health and Safety Executive is
sympathetic if a parent discovers him or herself to be as ungenteel as I am
and their child the victim of their ineptitude.
How dare you hold me responsible your
companies incompetence! I am impressed, this is chutzpah at its best.
Perhaps you might like to share my original
complaint and your response with the chairman of Morphy Richards, s/he may
take a slightly different view.
Keep up the good work, I shall exercise my other
option and return the goods.
